Linking Your Universal Orlando Digital Tickets

DIGITAL FULFILLMENT IS HERE! 

Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations has officially launched Digital Fulfillment for ticket orders, giving you a faster, smoother, and more modern way to access their Universal Orlando tickets.

 What’s New:

• Tickets are now delivered digitally

• Clients can access them WITHIN 3 DAYS of the ticket validity window start date.

• Note: You can still pick up tickets in person at the front gate ticket window or the Vacation Planning desks at eligible hotels if you prefer not to access the tickets digitally. I recommend doing both.  If your phone dies or app is malfunctioning- it's great to have.l a physical back up! 

IMPORTANT — READ BEFORE LINKING TICKETS 

Once tickets are accessed, linked, or delivered through Digital Fulfillment, the order becomes ISSUED and once issued, it is locked.

This means:

-No date changes

-No un-linking or reversing digital delivery

-No modifications of any kind

There are NO EXCEPTIONS once Digital Fulfillment is used.

DIGITAL TICKET FULFILLMENT UNIVERSAL ORLANDO

1. Visit: universalorlando.com/get-tickets

 2. Enter Guest Information

• The lead guest’s last name exactly as it appears on the reservation (case sensitive)

• The Confirmation number (found in the E‑Docs I send you after final payment next to the ticket type)

GUESTS WITHOUT A UNIVERSAL ACCOUNT

Guest will receive their digital tickets by email and then have the option to scan those tickets into the Universal Orlando Resort App.

NOTE — PHYSICAL TICKET PICKUP STILL REQUIRED FOR THESE PRODUCTS:

• Annual Passes

• Military Freedom / Promotional Tickets

• My Universal Photo Package (including Shutterbuttons)

• Meal Vouchers (including Leaky Cauldron, Three Broomsticks, Marvel Dining)

This is a new system, and I'm sure there will be some hang-ups. I still think have both digital and physical cards is smart!
